The Company operates a website showcasing its groundbreaking technology, the Lupin ecosystem, designed to enhance the workflow and experience of dentists and patients. This website also serves to collect contact details from individuals interested in investing in the technology or staying informed about the Company’s activities and developments. The data collected may be recorded and processed for the following purposes:

  • The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the individuals concerned.
  • Managing requests to subscribe to the news about the Company’s technological advancements and investment opportunities.
  • Conducting outreach to potential investors and interested parties.
  • Sending information to individuals who have consented to receive updates about the Company’s technology and investment opportunities.

When using the online form to inquire about the company, the user’s data is collected and processed under Google’s terms of services and privacy policy. The user may click on the relevant link to access Google’s terms of services and privacy policy.

When reaching out to the Company by email or phone, the user’s data is collected and processed under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the present privacy policy (together the “Privacy Policy”). Purpose of HiSmiley Application Data Processing

The HiSmiley mobile application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All image and facial information used within the app is processed entirely on the user’s device and discarded immediately after use.

Accordingly, while Lupin Dental processes user data under consent, the HiSmiley application performs no data collection or storage of any kind.

Use of TrueDepth Camera Data (HiSmiley mobile application)

The HiSmiley application uses Apple’s TrueDepth camera system to detect the user’s face and apply a virtual smile overlay in real time.

  • The mobile application processes this information only on the user’s device.
  • No TrueDepth or facial data (including depth maps, facial geometry, or any other biometric identifiers) is collected, stored, transmitted, or shared with the Lupin Dental Company or any third party.
  • TrueDepth data is used solely to accurately position and render the smile design on the user’s face during live camera sessions.
  • All facial data is immediately discarded once the camera session ends or the application is closed.
  • The application does not use this data for analytics, advertising, user profiling, or any other secondary purpose.

Categories of Data Collected:

  • Identity: Title, surname, first name(s), email address, phone number, professional background.
  • Data required for sending brochures and newsletters.

Recipients of the Data:

Only staff members, collaborators and subcontractors are responsible for investor relations and outreach at the Company are granted access to the collected data and the investor relations file.

The collaborators and subcontractors uphold the Company’s Privacy Policy and are bound to execute all obligations related to the users rights under the Privacy Policy.

Data Retention Period:

The data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes mentioned above or until the user requests deletion of their data, whichever comes first.

User’s Rights:
